Monthly rates upon request. Nightly rates pro-rated based on weekly rate. A minimum 10% USD deposit is required to hold a reservation. Balance due 15 days before the start of the rental. A rental confirmation will be provided upon receipt of the deposit. Reservations not paid in full by the due date are subject to cancellation. Payment may be paid by check (U.S. dollars), wire transfer or credit card (Visa, MC, Amex).

Cancellation policy: Reservations may be cancelled up to 120 days prior to the start of the rental for a full refund of the deposit paid. There will be no refund on cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the rental. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of $200 US (or pesos) is required at time of arrival. It will be returned at time of departure provided there has been no damage to real or personal property. Deductions from deposit will be made for any damage done to the property or its contents, normal wear and tear excepted.

Other conditions: Casa Colibri  only allows smoking in the outdoor palapa, no exceptions. At least one person in the rental party must be over the age of 21. Half day maid service is provided Monday-Saturday. A tip for the house staff is appropriate but optional.

Check in & Check out times: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, early or late hours must be pre-arranged, and any extra hourly fees for these will be deducted or paid for by guest directly to our Manager at that time. Wait time over the allowed 1 hour by our manager for check in or check out will be deducted out of security deposit.

Neither the owner nor its representatives will be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage to any person or property of persons occupying the rental property.
